Known for his medical expertise and an exceptional level of patient care, Dr. Marc J. Michaud is an accomplished, board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon providing examination and review services for Prime Consulting.
With an extensive education rooted in Tufts University, and experience treating patients in civilian and military settings, Dr. Michaud’s distinguished career spans more than three decades. His research and practice have earned him recognition and respect throughout professional and regional communities worldwide.
With a notable military pedigree that includes roles as a flight surgeon in Korea, an orthopedic surgeon in Germany, and the only U.S. Forces orthopedic surgeon in Kosovo, Dr. Michaud’s exemplary service resulted in several military honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal and the NATO Medal. He completed a transitional internship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Colorado, an orthopedic surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington, and further specialized with a Foot and Ankle Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona.
Dr. Michaud has held significant leadership positions, such as Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Elliot Hospital and President of the New Hampshire Orthopaedic Society. With research and innovation as key priorities, he presents throughout education and healthcare environments, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
