Prime Consulting has two locations: 10 Ferry St. in Concord, N.H. and 875 Greenland Rd. Unit A2, Portsmouth, N.H.

Upon arriving at our Concord location at 10 Ferry Street, park in any spots without restrictions. Enter the front door of the building. Take the elevator to the third floor. Follow the hallway around until you reach Suite 319.

Independent Medical Examination (IME)

Often needed for worker’s compensation, disability, tort, and personal injury claims, an IME results in a detailed medical history and physical report of patient health.

Permanent Impairment Rating (PIR)

Also known as a Permanent Disability Rating, PIR confirms the degree of damage caused by occupational disease or work injury to help determine patient compensation.

Medical Chart Review (MCR)

An MCR provides a detailed analysis and report of a patient’s medical history relative to a claim, impairment, or other critical care situation.

Independent Medical Examination (IME)

Often needed for worker’s compensation, disability, tort, and personal injury claims, an IME results in a detailed medical history and physical report of patient health.
