Dr. Doug Goumas is a board-certified sports medicine fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries to the shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle.
Dr. Goumas has extensive expertise in the treatment of Workers’ Compensation related injuries and serves as a member of the state of New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation advisory committee. Dr. Goumas is a practicing partner with New Hampshire Orthopedic Center.

Dr. Debra E. Margolis, DO, FAAFP

Dr. Margolis is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in Osteopathic Medicine serving patients throughout New England. Her dedication, leadership, and research make her a respected figure in the medical community.
After graduating Springfield College magna cum laude with a degree in medical rehabilitation, Dr. Margolis earned her doctorate from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She progressed quickly at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center/Mount Sinai School of Medicine to Chief Resident, and later held physician and management roles at ConvenientMD and Foundation Medical Partners.
Renowned for antimicrobial research and community care advancements, Dr. Margolis consults for public health entities. NH recognized her with the “Antimicrobial Stewardship Award” and “Top Doc in Family Medicine” accolade for her many regional contributions. A member of the Urgent Care Association of America, and the American Academy of Family Physicians where she received a Fellowship, Dr. Margolis stays current on best practices and certifications.

Dr. Matthew W. Wilkening is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon who has made significant contributions to the medical field through research and military service. A Johns Hopkins spine surgery Fellow who completed his residency and was awarded “Intern of the Year” at Spectrum Health/Michigan State University, Dr. Wilkening received his doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and bachelor’s at The United States Naval Academy.
Excelling through aviation ranks to Commanding Officer, Dr. Wilkening earned numerous recognitions while based in the US and on international deployments. In the past 25+ years, the unique combination of civilian and military service has shaped his unwavering commitment to provide exceptional medical knowledge and care.
